Over a two-year development period, an international team of experts in safety, training, and human factors collaborated to produce a set of deliverables aimed at fostering a mindset for change among European railway stakeholders. These resources primarily target operational frontline staff and their managers, supporting them in embracing technological advancements and addressing emerging challenges proactively rather than reactively.
